336th District Court Felony Dispositions for November, 2014

Richard Glaser, Criminal District Attorney, released a list of people who entered into plea agreements with his office during the November dockets before Judge Laurine Blake of the 336th District Court of Fannin County.  The following individuals either entered guilty pleas and accepted responsibility for their conduct without further court action or their cases went to trial and a Fannin County Jury rendered the verdict and sentence indicated.

 

Cynthia Hilliard Allen, 53, of Brookston – pleaded guilty to the State Jail Felony offense of Theft of property <$1,500 with 2 or More Previous convictions.  Allen was convicted and sentenced to a term of 2 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division, assessed a $500 fine and $269 court costs.  After sentencing Allen, the court suspended her sentence and placed her on community supervision for a period of 5 years.

 

Zollie Conn Allen, II, 50, of Windom – pleaded guilty to the State Jail Felony offense of unauthorized use of vehicle—enhanced.   Allen was convicted and sentenced to a term of 5 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division and assessed $254 court costs.

 

Zollie Conn Allen, II, 50, of Windom – pleaded guilty to the State Jail Felony offense of evading arrest detention w/previous conviction—enhanced.   Allen was convicted and sentenced to a term of 5 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division and assessed $254 court costs.

 

Cody Brian Brady, 33, of Tom Bean – pleaded true to the allegations contained in the State’s Motion to Adjudicate Guilt.  Brady was convicted and sentenced to a term of 12 months incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division and assessed a $1,346 fine, $284 court costs and $100 restitution for the State Jail Felony offense of Possession CS (Controlled Substance) pg (Penalty Group) 1 <1g (Less Than One Gram) committed on March 10, 2010.

 

Gary Wayne Brooks, 28, of Bonham – pleaded guilty to the 3rd Degree Felony offense of ESCAPE WHILE ARRESTED/CONFINED FELONY.  Davis was placed on Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for a period of 4 years, assessed a $2,000 fine and $254 court costs.

 

Gaston Jewel Castlow, 59, of Honey Grove – pleaded guilty to the 3rd Degree Felony offense of Unlawful possession of firearm by felon.  Castlow was convicted and sentenced to a term of 5 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division and assessed $269 court costs.

 

Marc Aaron Coffman, 51, of Bonham – pleaded guilty to the 3rd Degree Felony offense of driving while intoxicated 3rd or more—enhanced.  Coffman was convicted and sentenced to a term of 10 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division, assessed a $2,000 fine, $364 court costs, and $100 restitution.  After sentencing Coffman, the court suspended him sentence and placed him on community supervision for a period of 10 years

 

Stacie Leann Dotson-Davis, 30, of Bonham – pleaded guilty to the State Jail Felony offense of Theft of property <$1,500 2/More Previous convictions.  Dotson-Davis was convicted and sentenced to a term of 2 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division, assessed a $500 fine and $319 court costs.  After sentencing Dotson-Davis, the court suspended her sentence and placed her on community supervision for a period of 5 years.

Stacie Leann Dotson-Davis, 30, of Bonham – pleaded guilty to the 3rd Degree Felony offense of bail jumping and fail to appear felony.  Dotson-Davis was convicted and sentenced to a term of 5 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division, assessed a $2,000 fine and $304 court costs.  After sentencing Dotson-Davis, the court suspended her sentence and placed her on community supervision for a period of 5 years.

 

Joi Michelle Eachus, 18, of Bonham – pleaded true to the allegations contained in the State’s Motion to Adjudicate Guilt.  Eachus was convicted and sentenced to a term of 2 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division and assessed a $1,000 fine and $414 court costs for the State Jail Felony offense of del marij <=1/4oz remun drug free zone committed on April 8, 2014.

 

Ural Glenn, 57, of Dallas – pleaded guilty to the 3rd Degree Felony offense of bail jumping and fail to appear felony.  Glenn was convicted and sentenced to a term of 10 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division, assessed a $2,000 fine and $304 court costs.  After sentencing Glenn, the court suspended his sentence and placed him on community supervision for a period of 10 years.

 

Ural Glenn, 57, of Dallas – pleaded guilty to the State Jail Felony offense of possession cs pg 1 <1g.  Glenn was convicted and sentenced to a term of 2 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division, assessed $379 court costs and $140 restitution.  After sentencing Glenn, the court suspended his sentence and placed him on community supervision for a period of 5 years.

 

Dorothy Renee Havens, 53, of Bonham – pleaded guilty to the 2nd Degree Felony offense of BURGLARY OF A HABITATION.  Havens was placed on Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for a period of 5 years, assessed a $2,000 fine, $249 court costs and $1,950 restitution.

 

Shari Ann Jobe, 49, of Arlington – pleaded guilty to the 1st Degree Felony offense of man del cs pg 2 >=4g<400g.  Jobe was convicted and sentenced to a term of 6 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division and assessed $334 court costs and $140 restitution.

Ruth Anne Kimball, 48, of Honey Grove – pleaded guilty to the 2nd Degree Felony offense of man del cs pg 1 >=1G>4G.  Kimball was convicted and sentenced to a term of 4 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division and assessed $50 court costs.

 

Oscar Ivan Martinez, 29, of Greenville – pleaded guilty to the Class B Misdemeanor offense of driving while intoxicated.  Martinez was convicted and sentenced to a term of 6 months incarceration in the Fannin County Jail and assessed a $1,000 fine, $254 court costs and $160 restitution.  After sentencing Martinez, the court suspended his sentence and placed him on community supervision for a period of 2 years.

 

Billy Mayfield McCraw, 39, of Telephone – pleaded guilty to the State Jail Felony offense of CRIMINAL MISCHIEF >=$1,500<$20K.  McCraw was placed on Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for a period of 4 years and assessed a $1,000 fine and $369 court costs.

 

Trenton Dale Montgomery, 22, of Ravenna – pleaded guilty to the State Jail Felony offense of POSSESSION CS PG 1 <1G.  Montgomery was placed on Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for a period of 5 years and assessed a $1,000 fine, $309 court costs and $140 restitution.

 

Quinton Michael-Welch Orr, 26, of Greenville – pleaded guilty to the State Jail Felony offense of POSSESSION CS PG 1 <1G.  Orr was placed on Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for a period of 5 years and assessed a $1,500 fine, $329 court costs and $140 restitution.

 

Robbie Parker, 50, of Sherman – pleaded guilty to the State Jail Felony offense of THEFT PROP >=$1,500<$20K.  Parker was placed on Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for a period of 5 years and assessed a $1,000 fine and $319 court costs.

 

Ronald Glen Peel, II, 23, of Leonard – pleaded guilty to the 3rd Degree Felony offense of prohibited substance correctional facility—alcohol/drug/phone/tobacco.  Peel was placed on Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for a period of 10 years and assessed a $5,000 fine and $269 court costs.

 

Tisha Iona Ramsey, 34, of Ladonia – pleaded guilty to the 2nd Degree Felony offense of AGGRAVATED assault W/DEADLY WEAPON.  Ramsey was placed on Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for a period of 10 years and assessed a $1,000 fine and $269 court costs.

 

Christopher Lynn Reynolds, 17, of Randolph – pleaded guilty to the 3rd Degree Felony offense of HARRASSMENT OF PUBLIC SERVANT.  Reynolds was placed on Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for a period of 8 years and assessed a $1,500 fine and $254 court costs.

 

Christopher Lynn Reynolds, 17, of Randolph – pleaded guilty to the 3rd Degree Felony offense of HARRASSMENT OF PUBLIC SERVANT.  Reynolds was placed on Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for a period of 8 years and assessed $254 court costs.

Mark Russell Stephens, 43, of Savoy – pleaded true to the allegations contained in the State’s Motion to Revoke Community Supervision.  Stephens was convicted and sentenced to a term of 2 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division and assessed a $1,000 fine, $374 court costs and $140 restitution for the State Jail Felony offense of POSSESSION CS PG 1 <1G committed on July 30, 2011.

Brennan Earl Thomas, 35, of Bonham – pleaded guilty to the 2nd Degree Felony offense of man del cs pg 1 >=1g <4g – enhanced.  Thomas was convicted and sentenced to a term of 12 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division and assessed $314 court costs and $140 restitution.

 

Brennan Earl Thomas, 35, of Bonham – pleaded guilty to the 3rd Degree Felony offense of man del cs pg 1 <1g drug free zone – enhanced.  Thomas was convicted and sentenced to a term of 12 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division and assessed $314 court costs and $140 restitution.

 

Brennan Earl Thomas, 35, of Bonham – pleaded guilty to the State Jail Felony offense of del marijuana <=1/4oz remun drug free zone – enhanced.  Thomas was convicted and sentenced to a term of 12 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division and assessed $314 court costs.

 

Donald Leroy Thompson, Jr., 28, of Bonham – pleaded guilty to the 1st Degree Felony offense of MAN DEL CS PG 1 >=4G<200G.  Baker was placed on Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for a period of 8 years and assessed a $2,000 fine, $314 court costs and $140 restitution.

 

Donald Leroy Thompson, Jr., 28, of Bonham – pleaded guilty to the State Jail Felony offense of MAN DEL CS PG 1 <1G.  Baker was placed on Deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for a period of 5 years and assessed $314 court costs and $140 restitution.

 

Billy Gene Weatheread, 50, of Point – pleaded guilty to the 3rd Degree Felony offense of BAIL JUMPING AND FAIL TO APPEAR FELONY.  Weatheread was convicted and sentenced to a term of 4 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division and assessed $304 court costs.

Ede Williams, 45, of Dallas – pleaded guilty to the 3rd Degree Felony offense of DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 3rd OR MORE.  Williams was convicted and sentenced to a term of 5 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division and assessed a $500 fine, $309 court costs and $140 restitution.

 

Antwone Davone Williams, 35, of Bonham – pleaded guilty to the 3rd Degree Felony offense of bail jumping and fail to appear felony.  Williams was convicted and sentenced to a term of 4 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division and assessed $304 court costs.

 

Antwone Davone Williams, 35, of Bonham – pleaded guilty to the 3rd Degree Felony offense of ASSAULT FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD MEMBER W/PREVIOUS CONVICTION.  Williams was convicted and sentenced to a term of 4 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division and assessed $329 court costs and reimbursement of $2,405.69 for attorney’s fees.

 

Joe Bob Williams, 56, of Bonham – pleaded guilty to the 3rd Degree Felony offense of DRIVING WHILE INTOXIATED 3rd OR MORE – ENHANCED.  Williams was convicted and sentenced to a term of 4 years incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division and assessed $354 court costs.
