BE ADVISED that due to the outbreak of Coronavirus COVID-19 the Fannin County Criminal District Attorney’s Office will be closed to the public and all non-essential personnel until further notice.
Staff will continue to be available to law enforcement and to the general public by appointment. Whenever possible, inquiries should be directed to attorneys or staff by telephone or email rather than an in-person appointment.
NOTE: law enforcement may continue to file cases with the criminal district attorney’s office in person, by appointment.
The office will remain available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. Requests for appointments may be made online at mdhill@fanninco.net or by telephone at 903-583-7448.
