One of the top ten most wanted fugitives from Texas was apprehended last night. Justin Marquiwis Cuba is in custody in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on criminal charges which are alleged there. While Mr. Cuba was in custody, our warrant for Murder and other charges were executed. We will begin steps to have Mr. Cuba extradited back to Texas to answer for his charges here.
