There are a number of excuses given when a sexual assault occurs and none are valid. This poster offers tips on how to protect yourself in various situations. Sexual assault among family members is not an uncommon occurrence, as well as people in a dating relationship or past relationship. “No, Stop”, still means “I do not want you to do this to me!” Sexual assault is a crime and should be reported as soon as it happens. If that person is allowed to go free who will be the next victim, you again?

Crime Prevention starts at home, as an individual, as a county, WE Can Prevent Crime from happening to us and our neighbors. This Crime Prevention Tip is brought to you by the Fannin County Criminal District Attorney’s Office as a public service.

Please feel free to pass these posters and information on.
