With a staff of five prosecutors, one investigator and five support staff, the Fannin County Criminal District Attorney’s Office prosecutes all criminal and misdemeanor crimes that occur in the County, as well as handles actions such as:
- Juvenile Justice
- Mental Health Commitments
- Asset Forfeiture
- Family Protective Orders
We also advise the County Commissioner’s Court and represent the County in civil lawsuits.
